The room was nicely decorated and clean, with a comfortable bed and luxury linens. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.- The location was slightly out of the way, but still convenient to get to popular attractions on the island.
The hotel was slightly understaffed during busy times, which caused some delays and inconvenience. The pool was more for a quick dip than for swimming, which was a bit disappointing.

This is a fine hotel in a fine area. It is close to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Wiseguys that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We loved the pool. Within a walking distance of Jarvis Creek Park...

Beautiful and well, maintained property with a regal atmosphere and elegant decor. . Courtyard facing rooms with relaxing pool and fountain sounds. Complimentary amenities such as wine, beer, cookies, and turn, down service with chocolates. Good recommendations from kind and helpful staff.
Not located in the center of the island, making it around 6 miles away from the nearest beach. . Limited parking availability during peak summer season.

The hotel is gorgeous both inside & out, the staff very friendly & accomodating, breakfast was wonderful!!
our room was right next to the elevator, next time I will request a room further down - this was not a deal breaker for me, just personal preference.

The location, breakfast and old-style luxury feel.
The walls are thin. You can hear what your next door neighbors are saying.

For a stopover this place will do. For a longer stay however it is a bit short on vacationing amenities. Pool is really small but the setting is nice. Hotel has a hacienda like built and atmosphere.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. It was overall a very dirty hotel and the customer service was less than stellar.

The rooms could have been cleaner, but it didn't bother me to the point that I wouldn't stay there again. We loved it and had a fabulous experience there. We would definatley stay there again.

The decor and the gardens are beautiful.
Bed was uncomfortable. The pool is very narrow - it is a lap pool and only wide enough for one person to swim laps at a time. The grounds are not guarded, and my bike was stolen off my bike rack in the parking lot, so I don't think it is a very safe location. The person on duty called the manager and I was told that the theft was not covered by their insurance, but that I could file a police report and their lawyers would contact me. That was very disappointing.

Imitation plant in bathroom had months of dust on it. Had to change rooms because there was no remote for tv. Lights burned out in both rooms. Had to request light bulbs.
